Guides
How these docs work
The documentation is Markdown rendered by Doqs; live examples are real Quartz components, and code shown here is read from the source.
These pages are served by Doqs on Analog: Markdown becomes prerendered routes, a sidebar, search and previous/next links. Quartz owns the brand and the examples.
Note
Source blocks on this page are read from the repository at build time (doq content generate) and are never executed. The authored file lives in src/authoring/docs.
Live examples are real primitives
A ::playground[id] or ::demo[id] line renders a standalone Angular component that uses the actual Quartz directives. The Select playground wraps qzSelect and exposes multiple, closeOnSelect, disabled, groups and RTL as Doqs controls:
readonly multiple = input(false);
readonly disabled = input(false);
readonly closeOnSelect = input(false);
readonly grouped = input(true);
readonly rtl = input(false);
The async guard is source-backed
The Combobox guide shows createLatestRequest. This is the implementation it documents:
export function createLatestRequest(): LatestRequest {
let current: AbortController | null = null;
const cancel = (): void => {
current?.abort();
current = null;
};
inject(DestroyRef).onDestroy(cancel);
return {
cancel,
async run<R>(task: (signal: AbortSignal) => Promise<R>): Promise<R | undefined> {
current?.abort();
const controller = new AbortController();
current = controller;
try {
const result = await task(controller.signal);
return controller.signal.aborted ? undefined : result;
} catch (error) {
if (controller.signal.aborted) return undefined;
throw error;
} finally {
if (current === controller) current = null;
}
},
};
}
API reference
Per-symbol reference pages are generated with doq-api from the three public entry points (pnpm docs:api, verified in CI with pnpm docs:api:check): Core, Primitives, Forms.
